I have my network up and running.
I have the firmware 18.104.22.168.121 on my R500's.
On both my Android and iOS phones even though I'm logged into my network and I've toggled on notifications on both the phone and in the panel in the web access panel.
When I do the test in the web panel it's telling me to set it up in the app?
Just to clarify, in the app I can see the notifications, but I'm not getting the push notification.

So today I went into the app and disabled notifications and test a test from the web page and it said success, then i turned it on the app on the phone and it worked.
I can only assume there was an issue at Ruckus as it filed to work on both ios and android previously.
