Not Powering Up ICX 7150

Hello, recently my Ruckus began turning off randomly. I would unplug and plug back in, then it would work for 24-48 hours, then it would stop again. It recently turned off again, when I went to unplug and plug back in it flashes amber then turns won’t turn back on. I’ve tried multiple outlets and the reset trick from reading other forums. Please help, thanks

Hello @GPMoy,

It could be a problem with power adaptor, it can also be a issue due to any underlying reason hardware or software reason.

Could you share more details to understand a suggest a possible solution or troubleshooting steps;

  1. Did you try a different power cable?
  2. What is the software version running on your switch?
  3. If it is not running on 8095, please visit the support site and upgrade your switch firmware to recommended version.
  4. Do you have a console cable which you can connect and login into the ICX at the time of issue?
