I would say, this is a very unlucky situation, and you have to find out what is really the source of the problem -- network, device or environment.
So there are some things to check:
1. Are any other devices disconnecting same way -- similar iPhones, different models and firmware versions, different make (Android), different type (laptops), etc-- ?
2. What is signal strength reported by iphone when it is disconnecting? Disconnecting with signal level -- 75 db or stronger should not happen.
3. Check if you have any interference -- check with any spectrum analyzer if available (Ruckus APs also provide basic spectrum analyses capability), or move AP for an experiment into a different area with clean RF conditions. It is not very often problem (except for active neighbor WiFi networks), but it
is usually difficult to diagnose and fix.
4. Look into logs -- what reason AP shows for client disconnection.
5. Check that your AP isn't changing WiFi channel often - change of channel often may kick devices from the network, even so it shouldn't.
Make us know the results...

For #4 and #5. Where in log does is show reason for client disconnect. Like the log posted at the beginning of my post covers the time frame of a disconnect but I don’t see it in the log - is there a different log to print?
For #5 where can I see how often an ap is changing channels?

All AP activity is visible in the log. To see there something, you need to enable proper log facility: Administration/Diagnostic/Debug info

Reason may be uninformative, but sometimes it may help. If disconnect happens after changing a channel, for example, it will be a useful info.
