EDIT : Even if there are two devices in one SSID, the smartphone disconnection problem appears.
This is the R650 / 200.11.10.5.195 version.
There is no problem with the R610.
My smartphone is having issues with disconnection on both 2.4G and 5G of the R650.
Write in detail.
My tablet and laptop don't have this problem and this problem seems to happen when I have only android smartphone in one SSID.
2.4G - smartphone
5G - tablet, laptop
or vice versa.
If a smartphone and a tablet are connected to the same SSID, there is no problem.
The connection time is random and there is no regularity.
Smartphone mac is 5c:70:a3:49:e6:c3.

I have the following log at that disconnection time.
I don't know what that means.

And the system log.
The strange thing is that the R610 shows the reason as a STA-DISASSOC-REASON event when the device disconnects, but the R650 throws an error.

EDIT : Even if there are two devices in one SSID, the smartphone disconnection problem appears.
Hello.
I focused on the problem happening only when the smartphone is connected alone.
I could see that the "Directed MC/BC Threshold" function of the wlan - others option has something to do with the client count.
After raising the value to 2 (the default is 1), the problem occurred that the smartphone was disconnected even when there were two clients.
2.4G - tablet, smartphone -> smartphone disconnected
5G - laptop, smartphone -> smartphone disconnected
So I changed the value of that option to 0 and the connection appears to be stable.
I had no issues with the R610, but I guess that feature is causing compatibility issues with the new wifi6 AP.
I can't figure out how to debug further, so I guess I'll just decide to keep that value at 0.
Any advice?
P.S. Additionally, when I used the troubleshooting tool, the disconnect was indicated as reason 4.
So I tried changing the Inactivity Timeout option value, but the problem was the same.

After changing the Directed MC/BC Threshold value to 0, the connection is a bit more stable, but sometimes disconnection occurs.
I'm testing by downgrading the firmware.
I suspect it may have something to do with ER-9831.
Because the log shows reason=4.
Disconnection occurs when the screen turns off.
I suspect there is a problem with powersave client management.

Hello, Ruckus employees.
I succeeded in capturing deauthentication packet using packet capture function.
What I saw is that the data rate is 1.0 Mb/s in the 802.11 block ack packet sent by the client to the ap just before the BSSID sends the deauth packet to the client.
Previous packets were "802.11g PHY type and 24.0 Mb/s data rate", but the last packet was "802.11b PHY type and 1.0 Mb/s data rate".
And after that, the AP sent a deauthentication packet to the client.
Also, the BA Ack Policy is displayed as "Immediate Acknowledgment Required".
I don't have a support contract.
But I am ready to send debug files.
Please don't make me put the R650 in the warehouse and use the R610.
