Internet down when the master unleashed reboot

can you help me,
i have 7 Rcukus AP, my Primary Preferred Master Unleashed is R550 and the Secondary Preferred Master is R550 too.
the Problem is when the AP Primary Preferred Master reboot or down the internet is down too. How to setup the unleashed if the Primary Preferred Master down internet is still online
