Hi Rolando,

    You will need to load ZoneFlex firmware onto your AP for a ZoneDirector to manage it.
If you bought 9U1 (unleashed) part number APs, you will receive the same if you ever
need an RMA, so we recommend buying 901 (Zoneflex) part number APs...

    You can find the Standalone 100.1.0.0.194 base image firmware for your model of R500
or R600 AP from the Indoor products page.  From an Unleashed AP front page, click
Show AP Info to find how to upload new firmware, and described in KBA-5193.

Thank you Michael, I was looking for the upgrade before factory reset the AP, but after read KBA-5193 I were able to find the answer.

Is it possible to convert an entire deployment without having to physically take down each AP and reset it?

Unfortunately, Unleashed firmware is designed to ignore ZoneDirector and SmartZone controllers,
and conversely, if you have a network under ZD/SZ control, you would need to convert all AP firmware
to Unleashed...
