Guestportal settings missing afetr firmwareupdate

Ever since upgrading to version 200.2.9.13.186 I am missing a few settings at the guest portal service: I can't confgiure if i want to show a TOS or not, i cant decide what's written in the TOS.
It's not possible to define if i want the to redirect the customer to a different site. I can't seleect the session timeout anymore or change the text displayed in the Guestportal ( only the logo can be configured)

We are using R500 unleashed and have this problem on all unleashed systems of our customers.

Today i tried the new  200.3 Firmware with no change.

But maybee i am just blind. I just did a factory reset on one of our systems but the options are still missing. Can anyone confirm on their systems if these functions also have disappeared?

Admin & Services > Services > Guest Access Service.
What do you see? You should have the option to Create New/edit and select authentication, portal, TOS etc.

Can you try creating a new WLAN as "Guest Access" and after pressing "OK", do you get additional prompts for guest access services?

I tried but all i could do was to send a sms or mail to the customers and create a guest operator. I got a new customer now updated and have the same problem on new hardware.
The customer want either german TOS or no TOS and to adjust the text for the guest portal to german. with the newset and the last firmware this is currently not possible.
