Can you please check the below :
--> The LED status on the Ap. Do you see the power LED to be green
--> Please check if you can ping the Ap Ip address
--> Please try to access the AP through CLI (Putty)
--> If it is accessible please try enabling https with the help of below commands
ruckus>enable
ruckus#ap-mode
ruckus(ap-mode)#set https enable
