Authentication is keeping me out of wi-fi

I activated authentication on my ruckus ap's and now I cannot get on wi-fi. When I did the setup wizard it only asked me for a password, but now it's asking for a user name also. Does anyone know what I need to do next?

Hi Ronald,

Is it asking the user name for WiFi access or Unleashed management portal access?

During the setup it creates a WPA-2 SSID or open SSID. In both the cases it should not ask for a username. However, if you are accessing Unleashed management console, it will ask you a username and the password.

A screenshot will help here to understand the exact issue.

It was asking for a user name on WiFi, because I changed authentication to a setting that requires a server and I don't have a server. Everything is back online now.
