Admin and Password

I'm trying to log into my network using Unleash.  It says to enter my admin ID and password but I was never given that information from Lennar.  All I have on the AP label is Admin User Name: admin  plus Admin Password: Lennar.  I enter both into the Ruckus Unleash Manage Network and it says, "Error!  Login information is incorrect.  Please try again"  I have no idea how to get pass this step.

Suggest you to set factory for this AP and configure again.

You can click the hard reset button more than 10 seconds, then AP will do factory. after AP reboot, you can download Unleashed mobile App, or use laptop to connect the Configure-Me.xxx wlan, and access unleashed.ruckuswireless.com to configure wizard for the AP.
