Admin and Password

I'm trying to log into my network using Unleash.  It says to enter my admin ID and password but I was never given that information from Lennar.  All I have on the AP label is Admin User Name: admin  plus Admin Password: Lennar.  I enter both into the Ruckus Unleash Manage Network and it says, "Error!  Login information is incorrect.  Please try again"  I have no idea how to get pass this step.
