hi, we supplied 2x zoneflex R350 unleashed with firmware 200.8.10.3.243 on for a client.
Is it possible to downgrade to 200.7.10.202.94 firmware on this device?
we are trying to expand the current R310 unleashed network with the 2 new R350 unleashed but they are on different firmware versions?

Hello @jacodebeer ,
There is not work-around since the minimum software can run the R350 is 200.10 and the R310 is a end of Life product which the maximum software it can go is 200.7.
There is a gap in software, features, compatibilities, so both can not coexist on the same network.
You can create a new VLAN/Subnetwork on the network to deploy the R350, but this will not not roam to the R310.

Hello @jacodebeer
To ensure Unleashed compatibility, all access points in the network must have the same firmware version. Since the R350 is a newer access point , it comes with a minimum software version of 200.10 firmware version , which is not compatible with the R310, as its maximum software version is 200.7.
Due to the disparity in software compatibility, these devices R310-R350 are not suitable for use in an unlashed environment.

this is what I expected but doesn't help our client.
does this mean the client need to replace all his working R310 units in the current unleashed network?
is there no work-around on this?
