200.15.6.12.304 Apple devices connectivity issues

Since upgrading to 200.15.6.12.304, Apply devices (laptops, phones etc) won't occasionally to the network, 2xH550 and 1xR650. When it happens, the  OS shows as "connected" but it fails at DHCP, DHCP is external to Ruckus with short (5 min leases). Never had this issue before, reverting to 200.14.6.1.203 fixes it.

Hi @krtphr
It will be supported on all the APs which are currently supported on the 200.15. Which included H510 AP model as well.

Awesome, thanks Sanjay. I was a tad bit worried - because I do know Ruckus EOL'd H510's. But cool!

Hopefully this release is soon, will await Monday. Thanks!

Hi @krtphr
H510 AP EOL was announced on 01/31/2022. Typically the last software update for a product will be 1 year from the EOS (End of Sale).
H510 is current EOL and not EOS. EOS is announced 6 months head of EOS.

So H510 should still receive the software updates.

Please find the below link for the list of EOL devices along with the "EOL Policy" on the same link.
