smartzone 100 webserver certificate

Hello,
i have tried to install a certificate on the smartzone 100 but it doesn't work.
Every time i try to install the certificate, i got the message "An unknown error occurred. Please contact the system administrator."

Is there any Tech Note about it?

I'm not sure but probably you should activate purchase and register warranty, if you didn't do it
