Do you have 2 or more R300 and this one unit is behaving differently?

Power = Green means your AP is up.
No lights on 2.4G or 5G LEDs means the service is down. Do you have WLANs defined for both bands?
If you do, the LEDs should be Amber, and when clients are connected they'll be Green.
