What are you using for switches and their POE capabilities?   Have you looked at the switch logs to see if there is anything there? Do theyall reboot or is it one here and there that reboots.

Does it kernal panic or unknown reason or etc?

Reason may be heavy multicasts.

If you don't notice main reason, you have to open a case.
