Smartzone 100 control interface down

I am adding three smartzone 100s to a cluster and i have successfully set up two. i added the third to the cluster but its saying plane out of service. i went to event/alarms and says that the third smartzone is unable to join due to control interface being down. however its listed as a member in the cluster

This suggests your third SZ100 has a control interface problem... can you double-check the Ethernet connection/config/etc?
