Audio drops during web chat. Sometimes video conferencing is an issue as well.

Hello. I am not a networking expert but the house I bought came with two Ruckus R510 APs and a ICX7150-C12P switch. When using Skype, Discord, Teams, etc. for audio/video chats my audio cuts on on a regular basis. This issue does not occur when I am plugged into the switch instead of using WiFi. However, as this home doesn't have any LAN drops in the bedrooms, I prefer to stay on WiFi.
Before this house, I've never used a Ruckus device before so don't know much about troubleshooting this issue. My download/upload speeds are close to 1GB when performing test on wired, and around 600Mbps on WiFi.
Is this a QoS issue? If so, how do I configure QoS on a Ruckus to resolve this issue.

It seems to have improved the issue a little bit but I'm still running into some dropping audio. It's a lot worse when I'm downloading stuff. Speed tests normally come around 400-600 Mbps.Could this be an issue with QoS?
