This 2 FQDN (https://ap.ruckus.com:9997/googleHandler <https://ap.ruckus.com:9997/googleHandler> and https://ap.ruckus.com:9998/googleHandler <https://ap.ruckus.com:9997/googleHandler>) is redirection URL and you need to have 9998 and 9997port allowed in the firewall.
