Hi, my name is brayan ruiz,
I'm trying to update the version of my VSZ, I currently have version 5.2.2.0.1563 and I want to update to version 6.1.1,
I have two clusters that balance 200 AP, when I try to upload the .XIMG I get the following error "Upload image failed. Reason: Timeout for RPC [decryptUploadPatch]", could someone help me, it is urgent

Hi @Ticline
The issue is caused either with the allocated resources or with the data speed between the client and the controller.
Since you are doing with the local PC, I believe it is with the resources allocated with the controller.
Can you share the below output from the both controller CLI
Login to CLI >> Type enable and put the password.
show meminfo
show CPU
show diskinfo

Can you open a support case on this so that we can check over a remote session.
Any specific reason why the RAM and the HDD is more than the recommended resources?
Couple of options which we can try here:
Reboot the controller and try upgrading.
Shutdown the controller >> Set the resources level correctly >> Turn On the controller >> Then try upgrading.
