Unable to manage T300 from vSZ

We are trying to manage a T300 AP with a vSZ but it doesn't appear in the controller.  In events we can see the attached logs. we attach other info about AP and controller.

We also got this error :

we've just solved this issue by updating firmware to 100.0.0.0.2005.
