Ruckus R500 AP not discovered by vsz-h controller

Hello Team,

I am facing an issue in discovering ruckus R500 AP with ruckus vsz-h controller, the ap firmware version is 110.0.0.0.675 and the controller version is 5.1.2.3.1035, dhcp option 43 is configured in the scope options of the dhcp server, but still ap not showing in the controller, hope someone would advise on this

Have you configured option 43 in hex ??
You can find a option 43 hex generator here
You can see here how to configure it on windows DHCP
