unable to connect to switch after outage

Experienced a power outage that caused an issue to my router and modem. AT&T came and had to replaced both the router and modem. now my ruckus switch and 2 AP are not connecting. I'm also unable to log in to my unleashed app.

I tried to re-config but I'm not able to complete the process. I connected to Configure.ME wifi and went to the unleashed app, clicked on gateway install and after clicking the start, I get the following message "you are connected to config.me however the connection to the Unleashed AP is not established yet. Please wait for the Wifi symbol to appear on the top status bar before continuing." 

I also tried to do the setup on my desktop but every time I went to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com, it said page not found.

My two AP has two blinking green light, PWR and CTL and no light is on.

Please advise how I can get my switch and APs connected.
