Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error from your MAC or a photo of the same? That you are getting when trying to console.

Thank you for the response.

As you have ethernet cables connected to your Switch. Could you please remove the ethernet cables from the Switch ports and try to get the console access? (Please refer to the below screenshot)
