ruckus c12p not working at all

I am a new owner of a ruckus system that was used by previous home owners. I tried to reset the ruckus per the instructions but I don't even get the to get anything started. Please help me to either troubleshoot to get it to work or have the entire system replaced. Followed the strartup wizzard and nothing works. Very aggravating!!!

Hi @PC 

Can you try doing the below steps:

1. Press and hold the reset button for 10-12 seconds.
2. Now check for "" SSID the format will be " where the x.x.x.x is the AP MAC address.
3. Connect to the for further setup.

If you do not see the "" SSID, then try the below steps:
If the AP is powered by the power injector:
1. Connect the laptop to the Ethernet port.
2. Make sure the Laptop is configured with the IP
3. Keep the continuous ping to the AP default IP
4. Press and hold the reset button for 10-12 seconds.
5. See the ping response, once you get it, access the IP or
6. Follow the steps for further settings.

Let us know if you face any issues? 

Can you send me other options? My laptop does not have an ethernet port since its newer.

In order to login to the AP, we should connect either from Wifi or Ethernet cable.

Can you cross verify the Factory reset process you are following from the below link (From 3:45) and see if you can get the SSID?
