The firewall has been off since the first time I did the recovery process. Those are the screenshots of it.

Thank you for the response.
Based on the troubleshooting done, you confirmed, and we saw that after the reset and trying the software recovery process, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Hi I received the new switch and assigned an IP and was able to log into the web interface but the access points are showing as recover and asking for a password.

the two blue are POE to the access points and the white is going into the ISP router
