icx 7150 compact switch no power

My icx 7150-c12p does not show any lights in status bar, no ports have lights, have tried other power outlets. unit is not getting power, power supply is bad????

How does this forum work? I see several other posts of power supply issues with same unit. I tried direct chat and was told to come to the Lennar support page, now what???

Thank you for the response and sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, you confirmed, and we saw that after the reset and trying to booting up the Switch, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
