My icx 7150-c12p does not show any lights in status bar, no ports have lights, have tried other power outlets. unit is not getting power, power supply is bad????
How does this forum work? I see several other posts of power supply issues with same unit. I tried direct chat and was told to come to the Lennar support page, now what???

As per the case description, I could understand that your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not getting power.
Could you please check if the Switch power cord/cable is working or check with a different power cord/cable?
Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a power outlet and send us a picture of it? Please refer to the below picture as an example.
Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

I did try another power cord and still no status lights/power to unit.

Please try to reset the Switch once as described below-
Reset the Switch as described below:
1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.
2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

I watched video, followed steps to reset switch with no result. No lights flashed amber when holding reset button and plugging unit in. Did not see any thing happen (light up) with switch after trying several times.
