can't install the Rukus unleashed app but system is up and running

I have a Rukus R510 that came with the house

It is up and running and said it's connected to something via 2.4g

When I try to log on I receive a message that the PW is incorrect.

And, I don't have the Rukus Unleashed App on my phone.

When I try to set it up the phone won't let me add the network to configure e the app.
