Good evening just purchased a smart home with the ruckus switch and r510 aps installed had my isp install a cable modem and I’m having a proble with my ap’ s not receiving a up address I have tried to trouble shoot it with tech support for about 4 hours with out anynluck any one else running In to the same problem

assuming the cable modem is also the Gateway /Firewall and hosting DHCP? Did the subnets handed from the new equipment not match the subnet supported by the old equipment?
Possible that your H510's Static IP'd To find out, temp install your old equipment, then try and get to the H510's from the address you remembered it being on.

Have you logged on to configure-me WiFi ssd ID and configured the r510?

I trust that you configured the r510 already through it’s web interface or iOS/Android app. Also wondering if the APs are at default IP address 192.168.0.1? Have you tried powering down the switch and power it back up so that the APs can reboot?
