Wifi Stop working for 3 weeks now!

My Wi-Fi has been down for three weeks. During this time, I’ve tried resetting the box by pressing the reset button with a needle. I’ve already tried at least 25 times! Could you please DM me and arrange to replace the entire box?

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering intermittent internet connectivity.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

To answer your questions.

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?

Yes, it worked fine before, but there was a power outage. I’ve experienced this situation a few times and have sought help in the past. Normally, I insert a pin into the reset hole, and most of the time it takes at least 20–30 attempts for it to reset. However, this time I’ve tried more than 200 times, and it still won’t reset.
2. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.
