Waps won’t power on after power outage.

Hello,

I have tried all the steps on the previous post with similar issues including Boot_primary or Boot_secondary. The waps still will not power on. What is the next steps?

Correct, because if the Switch is stuck in boot mode, will not get an IP address, this is why you need to follow the software recovery steps, and the only way to gain access to the Switch will be via console access.

This is consol access mommy this is me doing it wired because it doesn’t show up an IP address and it still doesn’t show up

My apologies I just cut and paste the text from my son.

For the putty it says to go to ports to find what com it’s under but after plaything the usb c in it doesn’t show up under ports

Please send us a panoramic photo/picture showing you have the console cable connected from the PC to the Switch.

And a better photo/picture  of the putty access attempt
