Using R510 Unleased with ICX 7150 C12p -- Cannot connect to Configure me xxx.

I did reset the R510 but no luck. Do I need to reset the 7150 also?

Currently have solid Green for PWR, CTL is green but dim, AIR is off, 2.4 and 5G are amber
