I have spent too much time doing the manual reboot and CLI troubleshooting and that has not fixed my switch that came with my Lennar home. It happens every time the power is down and it’s stuck on RPS, but this time the device won’t work even after a flash install.
Ruckus and Lennar sold consumers a faulty product and now they are leaving homeowners without a solution.
I need this escalated and a RMA resolved immediately or I will seek further action.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not working after a power outage you tried multiple steps.
Apologies we do not have an escalation policy for this support, effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email or remote session. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model only.

Additionally, as per the company policies, we cannot proceed with RMA without checking the details.
