Updated the firmware on Ruckus WiFi but no internet

Hello, 

I recently updated the firmware in the Rucked Unleashed app, but once I did, the Ruckus no longer provided WiFi. I log in through the app and I see our home WiFi connected but no clients. All the lights on the APs are green. 

Help please!

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working after upgrading the Unleashed.

Make sure the management approval is enabled.

If it is already enabled or once you enable it, please hard reboot your Switch (disconnect and connect the switch from the power outlet). Once the Switch boots up, please try to connect all the cables to the Switch and check the Internet connectivity.
