Unleashed app not working on iphone

The unleashed app is not working on an iPhone. I use to be able to access everything through the app but now all I get is “you are not connected to the unleashed network. Go to settings?” Notification message. I’ve tried to also log in online and same thing it will not let me log in and keeps saying my username or password are incorrect. I am a Lennar home owner and apparently customer service will not assist Lennar home owners anymore and I’m forced to post on this forum. Any help will be appreciated.

Hope you are doing well.

If you have upgraded your Access Points on the web Unleashed system, please uninstall/install (update) the RUCKUS Unleashed application on your smartphone and try logging in.

If you continue to have the issue even after the above step, to avoid confusion with posts, you can create your own post on the RUCKUS Lennar support on this forum with the problem you're facing and a detailed description of the network issue and what you've done so that we can guide you properly.

Hi,
Can you try uninstalling the mobile app and install it again?
Once done, try setting the remote management again.

There can be several reasons why an app isn't loading on your iPhone. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:-

1. Restart your iPhone:- A simple restart can often clear up temporary glitches that might be preventing the app from loading.
2. Close and reopen the app:- Sometimes the app itself might be stuck. Close the app completely (swipe up on the app preview card in the App Switcher) and then reopen it.
3. Check your internet connection:- If the app relies on an internet connection, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
4. Update the app:- Outdated apps can sometimes malfunction. Open the App Store and tap on your profile picture at the top right corner. Scroll down to see if updates are available for the problematic app. Tap "Update" next to the app or "Update All" to update all apps with available updates.

  1. Close and Reopen the App:- Sometimes a simple app closure can resolve minor glitches. Swipe up on the app preview at the bottom of your screen to close it, and then relaunch it from your home screen.
  2. Restart Your iPhone:- A restart can often clear temporary glitches. Hold the side button (or the top button on older models) and either volume button until you see the "slide to power off" prompt. Slide the phone off, then wait a few seconds before turning it back on.
  3. Update Apps:- Outdated apps can sometimes malfunction. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture in the top right corner, and then scroll down to see available updates. Update any apps that have updates available.
  4. Reinstall Problematic App(s):- If the above steps don't work, try reinstalling the app. Find the app on your home screen, tap and hold the icon until it jiggles. Then, tap the "X" in the corner and choose "Delete App" (or "Delete App" directly if your iOS version allows). Go to the App Store and reinstall the app.
