Unit will not power on

Similar to other posts, I get a flash when plugged in, then nothing. I have tried other cables as suggested in other posts, but the unit is unresponsive. Looks like a replacement situation.

The system came with our house in 2018.  It was set up and has been working since.  This was our first problem.

There are no lights on on the router at all.  When you first plug the unit in, all of the lights flash green one time, then all go dark.  No activity after that.

We have two access points, and there are no lights on either of them.

I am at work and cannot send pictures at the moment.  I hope this helps.

Thank you for the response. 

Please try to reset the Switch once as described below:

1. Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect.

2. Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  • Remove power from the switch.
  • Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  • After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.
