After changing the internet provider from at&t to comast and plugging in the ruckus box to Comcast modem, I cannot login to Ruckus unleashed and none my Smart home devices are connected to the Wi-Fi.

From the case description, I could understand that you are unable to log in to RUCKUS Unleashed after changing ISP.
Could you please let me know?
- How many Access Points do you have?
- Are the APs (Access points / WAPs) powered up? Could you see any lights on it? (Please refer to the below picture). Please share a picture showing the light status of your AP.
- Please make sure that the cable from the Switch to the Router is connected to 1 of the 12 ports and Access Point cable also connected to same 1 of the 12 ports. (Please refer to the below picture)
