Switch has no power

Hi there,

I own a Lennar home and we have a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12p and it suddenly stopped working- does not look like it has power. I have tried it in different outlets, and tried doing a factory reset over 20 times. When I do the factory reset all the lights flash once yellow and then go out. Even if I continue holding the reset button the lights don’t come back on. I have also tried to do the reset using a computer (found the instructions from another forum question)and no luck. Only one of the three websites that are given work. Please help! Thank you!

Could you please confirm, once the Switch is plugged to a working power outlet does all LEDs blink amber for a moment and goes dark?

If yes, please share a video of the same.

Yes, once plugged into power the yellow lights blink once then go dark and no other lights appear. A video has been uploaded via the link you sent previously.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. Even tried hard reset. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
