Switch does not have any power

Suddenly our ICX 7150-C12P switch went offline. We had no power outage or any other issues. No method gives it power, when plugging and unplugging, no lights power on. I’ve tried to reset and had the same result. I’ve tried a different power cord and same result. It seems to me that it is non-operational. I followed the steps mentioned in one of the Lennar forum:

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done and we saw in the VIDEO you shared, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged into a power outlet there is no power to the Switch. Also, you tried to reset. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This SWITCH unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
