Switch Router Deleted All Information

Hello,

My ICX Switch router disconnect and deleted all the information from my account. What do I do? and how do I add it back?

Thanks for reaching us

Looks like you are using unleased AP to check the switch details from your mobile. And unable to manage the switch using unleased network. 

Since the switch is disconnected from unleased network from the details shared it would be difficult to tell what happened. 

Could you please help us with  below details

  • Could you please share a picture of front panel of the switch with us ? 
  • Could you please let me know if you are from Lennar Homes ?
  • Could you please share a picture of LED  of AP device which is connected to the switch ?
  • What is the switch model you are using ?

Also check if you have access to the switch using console cable. Below is the link that will help you access the switch using console. 

Once you have access to the switch check the below commands and share the outputs with us 

  • Show version
  • Show ip ssh config
