Tried resetting the ruckus 7150 and stuck still. Tried to reset with software and would not work.

We have two connect points one on main level and other on 2nd level of home. The ruckus has the amber and green light. The other two access points have no lights as shown in the picture. Hard reset has not worked. Attempted software but ruckus would not connect. This has not worked since we moved into our home a couple weeks ago.
