Hello -
Clearly documented through both Ruckus and Sonos is the connectivity issue with Sub and wifi. The solutions posted on this website including "executing in AP CLI mode". Two issues I have with the posts
- This is not a solution for the average consumer who does not have a tech background
- Ruckus CS no longer supports anyone with a Lennar/Ruckus as it appears Lennar is using an alternative to Ruckus in new homes
My ask:
- Please support those who have Ruckus devices regardless of how the product was purchased. No brand limits their support based on what store its products are purchased. As we move to our next homes or look to recommend wireless solutions to our friends and family, the feeling of being dropped for service does not make us want to recommend or buy Ruckus again.
- Please offer an easy to update/fix that does not involve "AP CLI mode"? Completely unrealistic to ask people for this type of technical update with CS support.
