I have close to 1GB internet speed when connecting my laptop to the ATT modem directly and doing a speed test. Where as I am getting only 100Mbps speed using the ruckus access points.
I have tried using the self help but was unable to connect to the putty device. When doing a SSH Im getting Network error: Connection timed out. Tried with Telnet and similar error, connection refused. Can someone please help with the same.

Attaching the speed
Attaching the speed test images from both the Ruckus Unleashed and from ATT.

When I see 100 Mbps capped I check to see if there are port-speed or cable issues.

After changing the port speed to 1Gbps, the speed has increased but still is not fully to its potential. Any other settings that I should be checking?

Hey that's great, you're pretty much there now!
The main way to get faster speeds is to increase channel width on the AP and also have a client capable of using the whole channel width.
It sounds like you have a channel width of probably 80 Mhz. If you want to try increasing it to 160 MHz and have a client capable of connecting, you may get another speed increase. However 160 MHz can create some problems if you have other people's wifi near you. Also it can create problems for legacy devices trying to connect.
