Security Risk but it won't let me update?!

I have a Lennar home (built 2019) and it has a Ruckus nightmare in it. I say nightmare because this thing keeps telling me via every security app that I have that it's a security risk and that it needs to be updated, including updating the password, however I cannot access your website unleashed.ruckuswireless.com and the IP address that the Advanced IP Scanner designed as being Ruckus' IP address will not pull up a page, either. So, I'm at a complete and total loss as to what to do in order to keep my home safe from intruders. What's my next step?!

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with upgrading the RUCKUS Unleashed system.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

 

Please note that there is no security risk, as the Lennar RUCKUS system operates entirely within your Local Area Network (LAN) through your ISP, without external exposure.

Since you are attempting to reset the password and upgrade the Unleashed system, could you please let me know what you see when you try to access the Unleashed dashboard using the Master Access Point’s IP address identified via an IP scanner? Kindly share a screenshot for reference.

Additionally, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below for guidance on performing an IP scan and locating the RUCKUS device IP address (refer to the section for RUCKUS R510 Access Points):
