Hello, my system unexpectedly stopped working this morning for no reason. The power light is GREEN and the SYST light is ORANGE. I have factory reset my system with a paper clip over 10 times and it is not successful.
I am now going through the software reset process and have gotten to the part where I download the software from the Ruckus support site but the zip file is missing the 'Image' file. I'm now stuck with a brick and my home internet is completely offline. Please let me know what I can do here.

There's nothing in the 'Images' folder that you haven't selected in the screenshot?
I would recommend you use the stability release of the firmware btw: RUCKUS ICX FastIron 08.0.95n (GA) Software Release (.zip)

Hello, I misspoke about the files within the software download. It's missing the BOOT folder and not the image folder. I was able to download the IMAGE file just fine.
In the Drive link posted above, is that the latest software update?

Also, do you have more Mac / Apple documentation? Almost everything listed in the articles is centered on Windows / PC, which is different for Macs
