Rukus wireless router not powering up

My rukus routers are not powering up the one in 1st floor and 2nd floor. How to turn them on? As I don't see any power switch

I am not asking you to do it for free. Quote your amount to fix it man. 

I don't even know where to do a image software recovery?

Do i need to do a recovery on windows os or Linux os or on notepad where??

The video is showing a boot window and passing all the commnads to do a software recovery where do I find that boot window??

Later I will be able to pass the commands that  ideo is referring 

I don't know what contract you have with lennar. You guys are making us suffer with your **bleep**.

I just purchased a home and I require a service now.

We need a Windows laptop/PC, a USB to Type C cable, an ethernet cable (both ends RJ-45), and need to download some files for software recovery. 

Please refer to the software recovery guide shared previously in which we have mentioned all the processes step-by-step.
