Ruckus wifi

I moved recently and when I try to connect to the Ruckus it asks for a password which I don't have it? What should I do?

Hi Imran 

I tried my best to reset the rucks but I couldn’t I tried to follow the steps but I could not do it I’m a physician not a tech expert 😓 I was  able to obtain the IP address but I couldn’t do the other steps the site it doesn’t want to open in my macair, the ICX-7150-C12P IP address is 192.168.1.72

Thank you for the information you shared.

Could you please perform an IP Scan and try to browse your ICX-7150-C12P Switch IP address on a web browser? Once you get your Switch IP address please try to log in and confirm.

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. Once you confirm please try to log in.

As mentioned, try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.

https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)

Please try to log in and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I did but I don’t know the username and password

Thank you for the response and the information.

Please try to log in with Switch default credentials with the combination shown below:

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

Also, try different combinations as shown in the below screenshot:
