Ruckus switch not working

I cannot get any of the Ethernet ports on the ruckus switch to transmit internet.  Additionally the WiFi is being broadcasted but it’s not holding signal when connected to devices.  I have, reset, unplugged, etc but I cannot get to work.  Are there any 3rd party companies that work on these products to set up/configure?
