Ruckus switch not transmitting data

Ruckus ICX-7150 switch is not transmitting data. The cat6 cable into the switch does carry data, as I was able to get a WAP connected and transmitting data. However, when I plug the cat6 into the switch, no data is sent out to my WAP’s or my hardwire hookups in any of the rooms in my house

Hello,

it says I don’t have permissions to upload images

 when I plug the Netgear WAP directly into my router, it works

Based on the images you have shared it seems like the cable coming from the router/access points has been wrongly connected to the switch.

 

 

 

Please make sure the cable is actually connected to one of the 12 ports of the switch. 

 

 Make sure the cable is in good condition so that both ends and connectors look good.

Note : you will see a light come on when a device is connected via Ethernet on 1 of the 12 ports available.
